Notes:-
1. Transaction fee per inspection booked: You will be charged US$ 1.99, or, US$ 0.99 + 1.49% of amount invoiced by you, whichever is lower.
2. Transaction fee per audit booked: You will be charged US$ 5.99, or, US$ 0.99 + 1.49% of amount invoiced by you, whichever is lower.
3. By end of the current billing cycle, if you have not generated the invoice to your customers using Inspekt, you will be first charged $1.99 per inspection and $5.99 per audit booked. Adjustments as per #1 & #2 above will be calculated only if you have generated the relevant invoice to your customers using Inspekt before end of the next monthly billing cycle.
4. You can create as many users as you want. For billing purposes, we will count only those users with an Active status anytime during the billing cycle.
